An integrative approach
This is me playing my drum.

I provide support to people at whatever stage of life and personal journey they are currently in.
In some cases, it’s about the need to move forward on our journey, to get to know ourselves better, and to improve our relationship with ourselves and with others.
In other cases, that pivotal moment may be an existential crisis, a crisis of meaning, a feeling of emptiness, a spiritual emergency—or we may not even have the right words to describe these existential and emotional challenges. Yet we do know that we need someone to walk alongside us, to support us as we navigate that moment, while maintaining our personal autonomy and drawing on our own inner resources.
I use a variety of techniques and tools that I have learned both through up-to-date, specialized training in Transpersonal Psychology and from my teachers of ancestral Amazonian and Andean wisdom; it is through the latter that I have developed my journey along the path of Pampamissayoq.
The integrative and supportive approach I propose encompasses various dimensions: cognitive, emotional, physical, spiritual, behavioral or ethical, social, and temporal.
In short, a personalized process that adapts to each person's schedule and needs.
“It’s not about escaping; it’s about living without letting what happens on the outside determine what happens in the inside.”
